The Waterbury Food Truck Festival and Fireworks Extravaganza at the Brass Mill Center on July 2 features more than 25 food trucks, vendors and children's activities. The Manchester Food Truck Festival at The Shoppes at Buckland Hills runs June 24-25 and offers food from more than 20 trucks, craft vendors and children's activities. The Connecticut Bacon Festival in Bozrah's Maple Farm Park runs June 17-18 and features food trucks offering bacon-related foods and desserts, crafters, vendors, music and entertainment. The third annual Strawberry Fest at Colchester's Priam Vineyards runs June 10-11, with more than 15 food trucks and 80 vendors offering strawberry-infused foods or strawberry products. The North Haven Fair Food Fest at the North Haven Fairgrounds runs June 3-4, featuring a preview of favorite fair foods like fresh-cut fries, baked potatoes and kettle corn.
